Position: Office Assistant & Hospitality Coordinator
Location: Minneapolis / Roseville, MN (Onsite, M-F 8:00am-5:00pm)
Compensation: $23-$27/hr DOE
About the Role:
We're looking for a friendly, organized, and professional individual to be the go-to person for our front-of-office operations. This role combines front desk coordination with office support. You'll be the first face visitors see, the first voice callers hear, and the person who helps keep the office and shared café space running smoothly.

What You'll Do:
Front Desk & Admin Support
- Greet guests and ensure a welcoming, professional experience from start to finish
- Manage incoming calls and direct them to the right teams
- Receive and route packages, deliveries, and mail
- Assist with clerical tasks: emails, data entry, filing, acknowledgments, and basic admin projects
- Keep supplies stocked and organized
- Jump in to support other teams as needed
Office Operations
- Keep the in-house café stocked and inviting
- Order and manage inventory (coffee, snacks, drinks, etc.)
- Keep coffee stations replenished and running throughout the day
- Ensure kitchen/common areas are tidy and welcoming
Who You Are:
- 3+ years of experience in a front office, reception, or customer-facing admin role
- Comfortable with office tech: phones, printers, fax machines, etc.
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Professional, personable, and able to interact well with people at all levels
- Detail-oriented and great at juggling multiple tasks at once
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and Adobe
- Resourceful and solution-focused - you anticipate needs and take initiative
